That wouldn't have anything to do with it, now would it :P<BR/><BR/>My sister had a really bad experience with a hospital recently, and said if any other company had screwed up that bad, they would have offered her a credit and tried to make things better and in a bigger sense probvably have been out of business by now, but because they're a hospital, they can give horrible experiences and no one can do anything. Sounds like your situation a bit -- you're stuck, so they suck. But good for you for being so good at keeping track. 10:45 at night?
